wonderful lombok getaway
beachfront location infinity pool breakfast variety helpful service
The resort featured a beachfront location. there were two pool areas. One was an infinity pool. i enjoyed the variety at breakfast. the staff offered helpful service throughout my visit.
i noticed slight wear on some furnishings! though everything was functional

excellent beachfront stay
good grounds beach access outdoor entertainment
the hotel's grounds are good and provide direct beach access. i appreciated the opportunity to watch surfers. there are two swimming pools, and a large chess set provides outdoor entertainment. i found a separate spa, a restaurant, and a bar on the premises.
the room lacked enough sockets, but it was otherwise great with a nice balcony.

staff responded quickly when contacted to resolve issues. i saw suarta provide very nice service, always with a smile. he elevated the venue. staff made a vacation with a small kid easy.

maintained garden super pool improved attitude
this hotel features a well maintained garden area. two super pools offered great swimming options. the beach was groomed.
i noticed the rooms were slightly outdated. a drastic refurbishment could enhance the experience

the pool facilities were good for swimming i liked having a swim up bar
my room was not as clean as i expected the cupboards were broken in the bathroom and the shower was blocked resulting in a bad smell the furniture also looked broken and old

the location was acceptable and had a view of the sunset. the food options available at the resort were satisfactory.
I encountered issues with the air conditioning in my room. It barely cooled the space. the pillows were uncomfortable. additionally, the in-room fridge did not work, inconvenient for storing drinks and snacks.
